Brittany is a Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC, with a love for working with adolescents, teens and young adults. She sees each client as the expert of their own life and her work focuses on coming alongside clients as a guide towards a deeper understanding and acceptance of themselves. Brittany’s goal with clients is to help them feel confident in who they are and their ability to navigate life’s stresses.
Through emotional exploration in a safe environment, she guides clients in learning to connect with their feelings, communicate effectively and identify healthy coping skills for managing their emotions. In the therapy process, Brittany likes to be authentic and genuine, connecting with clients through empathy, humor, and unconditional positive regard.
Brittany (she/her) earned a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has worked in various mental health settings including crisis stabilization programs, outpatient clinics, non-profit organizations and schools. She has experience working with individuals with anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral issues and other co-occurring disorders. Prior to counseling, Brittany was a collegiate athlete and she continues her passion for sports through coaching, training and pursuing certification as a Mental Performance Consultant.
